CATEGORIES

There are four categories for the "The World's Greatest Erotic Art of Today" Competition. All will be judged by an international body of jurors ranging from erotic museum curators, and established masters in the field of erotic art and art academics.

Be assured that all works will be considered equally regardless of medium, method, or subject, providing the content is not outside the boundaries of consenting sexuality. We want to see it all! We feel that the chosen categories represent the most visible and universal expressions of erotic art today. We hope that the range of categories includes the highest number of artists and artworks as possible and apologize if your work does not fit one of our categories. The four categories are: Erotic Fine Art, Erotic Digital Art, Erotic Photography and Erotic Sculpture.

Erotic Fine Art
All artworks in this category must have been produced by hand. Any medium or technique on the subject is acceptable. The art may range from realistic to cartoon and no computer enhanced imagery, if detected, will be accepted.

Erotic Digital Art
This category includes artworks only produced by computer and digital means.

Erotic Photography
This category involves artworks attained by the means of a digital or traditional film camera. We will accept photographs that have been digitally enhanced. However, the base image must have been photographic. If you are not sure whether your artwork falls into Photography or Digital Art, just ask yourself: Did I use a camera of any sort to realize my artwork? If the answer is ‘Yes’, then it is considered as: ‘Photography’

Erotic Sculpture Any three dimensional (3-D) artwork in any medium of any size will be accepted in this category.
