ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY
Works that fit the four categories of: Erotic Fine Art, Erotic Digital Art, Erotic Photography and Erotic Sculpture will be considered for a place in the book. We place only few restrictions for material suitable for publication and that it must represent sexuality between consenting adults. We must further stress that no artwork will be considered that contain reference to minors or beastiality, or depict violence. The misconceptions of the scope of erotic art to many people are both varied and controversial. We hope through this book to define the line better of what is acceptable eroticism in art. 'Erotic Signature' is looking for tasteful, beautiful, progressive, controversial, challenging, unique, and technically assured erotic artworks; work that are created from your heart, mind and artistic talents. All artists must hold the copyright ownership and rights of the images they submit for publication. All copyright ownership stays with the artist for this publication and in no way will your professional integrity as image owners be compromised. We may wish to use selected images for the promotion of this book in the press and media; however no works will be printed on any other literature for sale other than the book, by submitting the application form you agree to this permission.

Artists are allowed to enter the competition just once (only 1 account or profile is allowed per individual) and submit up to 5 images (max) at  $20 per image until the extended deadline of December 22nd, 2007:

• 1 image - $20 USD
• 2 images - $40 USD
• 3 images - $65 USD
• 4 images - $80 USD
• 5 images - $100 USD

You can select the number of images you want to enter into the competition during your initial registration, and later add more images until you reach the maximum (5) allowed. You have the opportunity to have all your entries published if selected by the jury.

Entry fees for on-line applications may be paid by check, debit and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). A small processing fee is added to each payment made online. There will be no further fees for this competition after your entry fees have been paid.

We also accept money order and all of the above forms of payment with the mail-in application as well. All mail-in applications must accompany the entrants' full billing address and phone number as required on both the entry and credit card approval forms, and must have an original signature of the applicant. Please do not mail cash, unless sent by registered mail.

International entrants may pay fees by credit cards, international money order, money transfers or a check in U.S. funds drafted from a U.S. bank.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
No one under the age of 18 years old or the minimum required age in your community to access this website or any adult oriented websites may enter this competition. Any winner later found to be under this age limit will be disqualified and subject to the forfeit of their entry fees.

ARTWORKS REGULATIONS
Entries to 'Erotic Signature' will not be returned, so please, do not submit original artworks. A maximum of five (5) images may be submitted. Any or all 5 of them may be chosen for publication. We are not responsible for artworks or entries that get lost in the mail or sent by email. Entries should be submitted as .jpg or .gif files on CD or uploaded through our internet site; we expect artworks to be submitted in the color of which the original artwork was intended to be shown. If the artwork is in black and white, we will assume this is how you intended it to be reproduced. If you are not familiar with these terms or do not have a file of your work, more can be learned at any high quality copy centre or art service bureau, where this digital translation can be done. If entering by mail, please secure the CD entry form attached to your entry form by taping it properly to the CD or CD's you are sending to us. Please have the image photographed or scanned clearly, it is in your interest to do so, we want to see your artwork at its best. Please submit all images to be uploaded on-line in low resolution, suitable for easy viewing and email use.

The following artworks will not be accepted:

1. All work outside of the boundaries of consenting sexuality.
2. Any works that include references to minors or beastiality, or violence.
3. Photos that are corrupted, blurred, or grossly oversized.
4. Images or artworks with any information included or embedded in them overtly large, including but not limited to artist names, nicknames, e-mail addresses, web addresses or telephone numbers.

Uploaded images should in the following format:

• .jpg or .gif format;
• Max 900 pixels on either side at 72dpi;
• Less than 750kb

Important: All artists shall be in possession of ownership and copyright of the submitted artwork, or have permission of the copyright holder and have no legal objection to 'Erotic Signature' publishing the selected image in "The World's Greatest Erotic Art of Today - Vol. II" book. Erotic Signature is not responsible for false copyright claims. No other rights, print, electronic or other are granted to 'Erotic Signature' however we may wish to use selected images in the promotion of the book only.

We recommend you protect your CDs with one of the many CD mailers available to ensure your work is not damaged in transit. 'Erotic Signature' cannot be held responsible for CDs, application forms and payments lost in the mail.

DEADLINE OF ENTRIES
All entries must be submitted and received by no later than December 22nd, 2007.
Winners will be notified by December 15th, 2007.

Entries can be done via both our website on-line and mail-in application.
