RULES AND REGULATIONS
The EROTICSIGNATURE.COM website (The "Website") is owned by EROTIC SIGNATURE LLC ("ES"), and operated by ES, its partners and affiliates.
THE GOLDEN RULE.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older, or the minimum required age in your community to view this Website or any adult oriented websites. Any winner later found to be under this age limit will be disqualified and subject to the forfeit of their submission fees.
PRIMARY RULES and REGULATIONS.
Entries to this website will not be returned, so please, do not submit original artworks. A maximum of five images may be submitted, any one, or all may be chosen for publication. We are not responsible for art or entries that get lost in the mail or sent by email. Entries will be submitted as .jpg or .gif files on CD or uploaded through our Website; we expect artwork to be submitted in the color of which the original artwork was intended to be shown. If the artwork is in black and white, we will assume this is how you intended it to be reproduced. If you are not familiar with these terms or do not have a file of your work, more can be learned at any high quality copy centre or art service bureau, where this digital translation can be done. If entering by mail, please secure the CD entry form attached to your entry form by taping it properly to the CD or CDs you are sending to us. Please have the image photographed or scanned clearly, it is in your interest to do so, we want to see your artwork at its best. Please submit all images to be uploaded on-line in low resolution, suitable for easy viewing and email use.
All entrants shall be in possession of copyrights of the submitted artwork, or have permission of the copyright holders and have no legal objection to 'Erotic Signature LLC' publishing the selected image in "The World's Greatest Erotic Art of Today - Vol. II" book. Erotic Signature, LLC is not responsible for false copyright claims. No other rights, print, electronic or other are granted to 'Erotic Signature' however we may wish to use selected images in the promotion of the book only.
The 200 winners will be notified first by email and then by mail, and at that point we will request a high resolution CD disc sent to us for printing and publication purposes. If the higher resolution CD is not received by the deadline outlined in your winners' letter, we will unfortunately be unable to include your work in the book. All winners will be required to complete a short application form to confirm their copyrights ownership and/or permissions to print their artworks in "The World's Greatest Erotic Art of Today - Vol. II" book.
RESTRICTIONS ON POSTING POLICIES.
We have set very few parameters in this area, we want to encourage art expressing every sexuality and subject matter, heterosexual, gay and lesbian, transsexual, fetish and alternative lifestyles. However, the following artwork will not be accepted:

Entries can be done via both our website on-line application system and by mail. Mail-in entries must include payment, CD's and all signed application forms, and sent to:

All entries must be submitted and received in our office by no later than December 22nd, 2007.
Winners will be notified by December 29th and announced on or by December 30th, 2007.
We recommend you protect your CD's with one of the many CD mailers available to ensure your work is not damaged in transit. 'Erotic Signature' cannot be held responsible for CD's, application forms and payments lost in the mail. The book after compilation and printing would expect a worldwide release date of May 15th 2008.

- All work outside of the boundaries of consensual sexuality.
- Any works that include references to minors or animals, or violence.
- Photos that are corrupted, grossly oversized
- Uploaded images should in the following format:
- .jpg or .gif format;
- Max 900 pixels on either side at 72dpi;
- Less than 750kb
- Images or artwork with any information included or embedded overtly large in them, including but not limited to artist names, nicknames, e-mail addresses, web addresses or telephone numbers.
There are four categories of artwork that will be accepted in this competition:
- Erotic fine art All artwork in this category must have been produced by hand. Any medium or technique on the subject is acceptable. The art may range from realistic to cartoon. No computer enhanced imagery, if detected, will be accepted.
- Erotic digital art This category includes artwork only produced by computer and digital means.
- Erotic photography Works taken with a digital or traditional film camera in this category, we will accept photographs that have been digitally enhanced, however the base image must have been photographic.
- Erotic sculpture Any three dimensional works in any medium of any size will be accepted in this category.
